黄罗村是广州市从化区鳌头镇下辖的行政村，村委会设在镇域西南部。[1] 全村面积约3平方公里，村民小组共10个，村委会介绍的总人口为1446人（该介绍未注明年份）。村距从化城区约20公里，距鳌头镇中心镇区约0.2公里。[1]

村里有始建于明代的鲁封曾公祠。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，1958年，建立黄罗大队，到1983年12月，改设为黄罗乡，到1987年1月，改名黄罗村民委员会，此名沿用到现在。[1]

荣誉与名单

  • 2021年12月，黄罗村获「2021年广东省卫生村」荣誉称号（广东省爱卫会）。[1]
  • 2026年1月，黄罗村被认定为「2025年广州市充分就业社区（村）」。[1]

经济[edit]

村里的农业格局为：水田种水稻、花生，鱼塘里养四大家鱼。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

黄罗村南部的鲁封曾公祠始建于明代，清同治七年（1868年）重建，正祠三进三间，占地面积925.38平方米，砖木石结构，朝向西南。据介绍，抗日战争期间祠堂曾被日军放火焚烧，后来改作黄罗小学。该祠是从化区重点保护文物。[2]

从化区人民政府于2015年发布的文化遗产普查推荐名单（历史建筑与传统风貌建筑线索）中，列有本村的上闸曾氏民居群、上闸传统民居群、上闸南门门楼，共3处。名单所列只是普查线索，不等于已定级的文物。[3]
