三凤村是广州市花都区花东镇的行政村，在新白云国际机场北侧约2公里处，面积约2平方千米，下辖6个村民小组，村委会介绍的总人口为1792人（未注明年份）。机场北进场路和花都大道穿过全村[1]。村内的王彭楼是广州市文物保护单位[1]。

地名由来与沿革[edit]

相传建村的是三兄弟，名字里都带「凤」字，村名因此叫三凤。三凤本是九湖大队的一部分，1978年6月独立成三凤大队；1984年与九一合并为文华乡，1986年复为三凤大队，1987年1月设三凤村委会，3月归花东镇[1]。

土地与经济[edit]

为建设机场进场道路和配套设施，村里被征用土地1300多亩；按2009年的统计，全村剩余土地仅420多亩，其中耕地约200多亩。村民收入主要来自征地款利息、房屋出租和外出务工[1]。

王彭楼[edit]

王彭楼在三凤村鱼笱庄，2008年12月公布为第七批广州市文物保护单位；百度百科称它是华侨王彭所建的炮楼式建筑，1927年农会遭围攻时，王彭率农军在楼里坚持数十日；博雅地名网所列的年代为1927年，百度百科则写1916年建，两处说法不同[1][2]。

荣誉[edit]

2020年至2022年列入「淘宝村」名单；2024年3月被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」[1]。
