陈屋村位于溪口镇东南部，临近大洋坝集市，境内有闽西红军医院旧址福兴楼。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的来历是：曾有魏、廖等姓氏先后迁走，只剩陈姓，于是以陈姓命名此村。当地流传「不怕陈姓绝，总怕陈姓杂」的说法。[1]

清代隶属胜运里。土地革命时期，此地曾属太阳乡，设有乡苏维埃；民国时归星聚乡的均和保。1949年后设农会分会，归第五区，1953年划入星太区。1958年公社化，此后历经大队、公社的调整。1984年改设溪口乡陈屋村民委员会，2013年改为溪口镇下属的村委会。[2]

村辖陈屋、苏前、燕岩等自然村，8个村民小组，村委驻地在陈屋村。[2]

地理环境[edit]

村庄海拔320米，各自然村沿溪虎公路分布，交通便利。全村占地面积23351亩，耕地735亩，林业用地9352亩。全村213户、878人（博雅地名网，年份未注）。[1]

经济[edit]

农民收入主要来自山林竹木、农田种植，以及进城打工或办企业。燕岩出产的红菇质量较好，已成为本村的特色产品。[1]

2025年7月，陈屋村被确定为「上杭县2025年县级“一村一品”专业村」（玉米）；同年11月，又被确定为「福建省2025年度省级“一村一品”专业村」（玉米）。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

「闽西红军医院旧址福兴楼」为清乾隆四十五年（1780）所建的方形土楼，占地约1560平方米。红军伤病员曾在此接受救治。陈屋土楼于1986年6月被定为县级文物保护单位，2020年11月又进入福建省第十批省级文物名录。[1]

文化[edit]

2020年2月，陈屋村入选「福建省第三批省级传统村落」名单。2021年11月，陈屋村经省爱卫办评定，获「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。2022年12月，本村获福建省绿化委员会授予「2022年福建省森林村庄」称号。[1]
