白银村在木格镇西面，是革命老区村，耕地1510亩，分20个村小组，共555户2092人；村属丘陵山区，平均海拔约400米。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
民国十九年（1930年）为富竹乡，属三区；1951年设白银乡，1954年先有金星、金坑两个农业社；1958年成为白银、金坑两个大队（金星社驻在白银寨，故名白银），1963年两队并为白银大队。[1]1983年改乡，1987年改村委会，1989年称管理区，1998年起称村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]
