亚洲村在汕尾市城区红草镇埔边西北约13公里，原是离岸约2公里的小海岛，在黄江、丽江、大液河三江汇合处，2009年总人口369人。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网，公社化时期设亚洲大队，其管理区在1989年设立，村委会则在1999年成立。村是红草镇五叶莲山前“九洲”之一。[1]
经济[edit]
2009年有耕地5.33公顷、鱼塭26.67公顷，以海水养殖为主，兼营农业，出产牡蛎、膏蟹、对虾和涂鱼。[1]
2026年国庆假期，汕尾日报报道说，村里依托林地建的“丛林奇遇”探险项目于9月25日试运营，日均接待2000至3000人次，并带动餐饮等配套业态。[2]
荣誉[edit]
2019年9月公布的广东省民主法治示范村（社区）2018年度创建名单中有该村；2021年12月获“2021年广东省卫生村”称号。[1]
