地理环境[edit]
村域面积13.92平方千米，半丘陵地貌，石灰岩地质，土壤肥沃。2008年统计有水田面积2435亩、旱地面积389亩、山地面积6762亩、鱼塘面积103亩。[1]
人口民族[edit]
2008年全村人口2515人（826户），分散在13条自然村、15个村民小组，其中11条自然村用上了自来水。[1]
经济[edit]
2001年引进企业开发石灰石场，使本村成为镇内重要的石灰石产地；2007年占地50亩的木制品公司建成投产；香蕉种植由外地经营者带入，2004年承包耕地200亩，次年扩至400亩。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
白银一带在民国年间设白银区公所：解放前后都在白庙（古时有三座庙）办公，民国时期与银水合为一个区公所，各取一字，得名白银。1949年10月解放后改为乡政府，此后又先后称大队（1958年）、政府（1984年），1986年起为村民委员会，1989年一度称管理区；1998年10月，恩平市政府批准定名白银村民委员会。2019年9月，该村名列「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」。[1]
