历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网所载，清康熙年间（1661年至1722年）卢姓祖先自福建云霄迁来立村，取名乌窖村；此后名称几经更替，先后称大队、乡、村委会、管理区，1999年起沿用现名。[1]
地理与经济[edit]
该页所载，村占地约2.5平方千米，总人口3394人、615户，14个村民小组。[2]林地2000多亩、农田400多亩，种油甘、橄榄、柿子、菠萝等，三棱橄榄和狮头油甘是其优良品种；村民还办起20多家内衣和耳机作坊。[2]村境内的鲤鱼坡水库库容400多万立方米，是谷饶镇饮用水的主要水源。[2]
2019年9月，乌窖村列入「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位（2018年度）名单；2023年5月获「广东省卫生村」称号（2022年度）。[1]
