桥头村是玉滘镇东部的行政村。省道335线穿过全村，东面村、新寨村与之相邻。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村址最初属玉滘区，名为桥头乡（1949年）。1958年改为玉滘公社下的桥头大队，1983年再度以桥头乡的名义隶属玉滘区，1986年设立村委会，延续至今。[1]

经济[edit]

农业总产值为1679万元；2009年全村实现的工业产值为7500多万元。当年人均纯收入为4813元。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，村入选「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单；2023年11月，村入选「广东百千万工程首批典型县镇村」。[1][2]
