历史沿革[edit]

扎上、扎下合称扎田，扎下为扎田的下部，故名。[1]

1958年成立扎田大队，1961年分为扎上、扎下两个大队。1982年两队重新合并为扎田乡，1984年改称扎下乡；1987年改为村民委员会，1989年称扎下管理区；1998年定名为扎下村民委员会，隶属城北镇。[1]
