扎上村在城北镇境内，设18个村民小组，与扎下村合称扎田，属梅州市梅江区城北镇下辖的行政村。^[1]

历史沿革[edit]

扎上、扎下合称扎田，扎上为扎田的上部，故名。^[1]

1958年成立扎田大队，1961年分为扎上、扎下两个大队。1982年两队合并为扎田乡，1984年改称扎上乡；1987年改为村民委员会，1989年称扎上管理区；1998年定名为扎上村民委员会，隶属城北镇。^[1]

村情资料载，全村有436户、1893人，总面积5.77平方公里，耕地1275亩，种水稻，花卉是特色收入；所记上一年农村经济总收入1784万元（年份未注明）。村里引进经营者发展花卉种植，获市生态村称号。^[1]

扎上村的荣誉有：2020年8月入选首批广东省「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村（花卉）；2022年1月成为省乡村振兴局确定的乡村治理示范村创建单位（2021年度），2023年4月又进入次年度的同类名单；2026年3月获认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。^[1]

梅州樱花谷在扎上村黄沙坑水库旁，由台商张碧桃、张秋林姐弟自2003年起兴办，种有绯寒樱、八重樱、吉野樱等十多个品种，苗木逾10万株，每年1月下旬至3月为花期；2015年12月评为国家3A级旅游景区。^[2]
