干光村在城北镇境内，设14个村民小组，村内有联辉楼和围坪朱屋，属梅州市梅江区城北镇下辖的行政村。^[1]

历史沿革[edit]

据村情资料，「干光」取「越干越光荣」之意，是管理干光一带的村民自治组织的名称。^[1]

干光原属干才大队，1966年划出另立干光大队，隶属城北人民公社。1983年建干光乡，由城北区管辖；1987年改为村民委员会，隶属城北乡；1989年称干光管理区；1998年定名为干光村委会，隶属城北镇。^[1]

村情资料载，全村有351户、1541人，总面积6.53平方公里，耕地1008亩，种水稻，花卉是特色收入；所记上一年农村经济总收入1685万元（年份未注明）。村里引进经营者发展花卉种植，获省卫生先进村称号。2026年3月，被认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。^[1]

联辉楼在干光村洋坑，由印尼华侨李炳章于1925年建成，占地约1800平方米，是二堂二横枕式围龙屋，坐东北向西南，以客家传统格局配西洋式装饰；主屋分上下两层，有20个厅、108个房间，东北角有一座哥特风格的四方钟楼，称「摘星阁」。2019年4月19日，联辉楼被公布为第九批广东省文物保护单位。^[2]

围坪朱屋在干光村西门桥围坪，为清代的围龙屋，格局为三堂四横一围龙；梅州市人民政府在2015年2月5日将它列为第三批市级文物保护单位。^[3]
