白围社区是梅州市梅江区城北镇下辖的社区居民委员会。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

白围的名称来自白围巷：清末和民国时期，这里多是黄塘医院医务人员的宿舍，外面筑有白色围墙，因而得名。[1]

该地1958年为黄留大队，1987年设黄留居委会，到2002年才更名为白围社区居民委员会，此名沿用至今。[1]
