荷树塘村位于惠州市博罗县公庄镇，是该镇所辖的行政村，行政区划代码441322104222。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名由来：清末民初，谭姓人家在此落户，屋后荷树很多；后来叶姓人家也迁来，谭家女儿嫁给了叶家，叶家在屋前挖了一口鱼塘，由此得名荷树塘。[1]

清代归博罗县苏州巡检司辖；民国时属第六区文化乡；新中国成立后编入三区獭子乡。1958年10月，公庄人民公社下设荷树塘大队；公庄区时期（1983年11月起）称荷树塘乡；1986年1月撤区建镇后，成为公庄镇荷树塘管理区；至1999年3月，改称荷树塘村民委员会。[1]

  • 2021年12月，获广东省爱卫会授予「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
