概况[edit]
鱼塘六百多亩，耕地一千多亩，山地五千多亩，耕地靠久留水库和山坑水灌溉。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
吴桂丹墓在久留村，为清代墓葬，总面阔10.4米、深11米，两侧护墙嵌有2块砚石碑志。吴桂丹（1855—1902年）是清光绪年间的进士，据介绍是物理学家吴大猷的祖父。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
1952年属高要第七区九山乡；1958年为金龙公社久留大队，次年入白土公社。1983年改乡，1987年设村委会，1989年设久留管理区，1998年重设村委会。[1]
