冷水二村在白土镇西南，距镇中心4公里，博雅地名网载有12个村民小组、638户、常住人口2520人。[1]

农村税费改革后，现有耕地1540亩，鱼塘250亩；有一个禽类养殖场，年末存栏不少于6000只。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
解放初归高要七区均安乡，1952年划入冷水乡，1958年立冷水二大队，隶金龙公社。其后与冷水一村同经合并（1959年）、分设（1961年）；1983年改乡，1998年撤管理区设村委会。[1]
