历史沿革[edit]
1952年属高要县第七区长塘乡；1958年为金龙公社茆山大队，次年入白土公社。1983年改乡，1987年设村委会，1989年设茆山管理区；1992年茆山管理区一分为二，另设罗有管理区；1998年改为村委会。[1]
