桂岗村在白土镇西北角，邻金渡镇榄塘村委会，距肇江公路约500米，是只有一个自然村、分4个村民小组的小村，博雅地名网载有205户、883人。2026年3月被认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]

耕地800多亩，山地500多亩，鱼塘300多亩，另有商铺600多平方米、出租地皮3000多平方米。2019年9月列入2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
桂岗与九山的分合同九山村条目所记：1952年属第七区均宁乡，1958年为金龙公社桂岗大队，1963年并入九山大队，1974年分出，1983年再并，1987年分设桂岗村委会，1989年改设管理区，1998年重设村民委员会。[1]
