罗有村委会辖罗有、区村两个自然村，面积约2平方公里，人口1100多人，距高要10公里、距白土镇12公里，博雅地名网称它是白土镇最偏远的村委会。[1]

地处丘陵，山地不多。集体经济靠鱼塘和山地，山上种速生桉和花生，鱼塘养四大家鱼，另养母猪。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1992年以前属白土镇茆山管理区，当年茆山管理区分设茆山、罗有两个管理区；1998年设村委会。[1]
