圩镇社区在白土镇圩镇的中心，距高要城区16公里，肇江公路从辖区穿过，博雅地名网称它是白土镇的经济文化中心。[1]

辖区面积约2.8平方公里，设8个居民小组。博雅地名网载，社区有6300人，其中常住2900人、外来3400人，共3250户；社区没有权属土地，因而没有集体经济实体。驻社区的企事业单位二十余个，个体工商户一百八十多户，出租屋二百多间。[1]

与它相邻的有罗有、冷水二、横岗、下山、大旗、久留、下灶、沿塱、东岸、乐堂、桂岗、茆山等村，以及中岗、长坑两个社区。[1]
