凤凰社区是肇庆市鼎湖区凤凰镇的镇中心区，城乡分类为镇中心区。[1]名称沿自当年的凤凰圩，社区居委会于2002年4月设立。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

社区的前身是1993年10月成立的凤凰居民委员会，隶凤凰镇政府；2002年4月改设为凤凰社区居委会，延续至今。[1]

地名由来[edit]

「凤凰」之名，一方面是为了纪念因九坑河水库而淹没的凤凰圩，另一方面是盼望本地经济像凤凰起飞。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2022年12月，凤凰社区获评2022年肇庆市最美志愿服务社区。[1]
