社区概况[edit]
社区居委会设于2003年11月20日，工作站晚三年，在2006年6月成立。辖区东临西环路，西靠清平高速，北与水径村、吉华工业区交界，小区有半山道一号、何格统建楼、尖山排新村、学园村、钱排村、德福花园、格塘新村等。2020年6月公布的数据为居民19023人，户籍3299人，楼房570栋；辖区学校有元平特殊学校、东升学校等。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
深圳文博宫坐落在西环路88号，总建筑面积13.3万平方米，是一处仿古建筑群，兼作古玩珠宝艺术品交易中心，2011年成为深圳文博会的分会场。[3]
荣誉[edit]
广东省2018年度「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单于2019年9月公布，凤凰社区榜上有名。深圳市住房和建设局在2022年8月公布第二批绿色（宜居）社区名单，它在列。[4]
