历史沿革[edit]
解放初这里是县城镇公所的第三村；1958年起设第三街道居委会，隶属荔城镇，1999年更名凤凰居委会，2002年改制为凤凰社区。[1]
万寿寺[edit]
博雅地名网称，万寿寺佛殿创建于南宋嘉熙元年（1237年），毁于元末兵火，明洪武十八年（1385年）重建，此后在清乾隆十二年和嘉庆二十三年等年份修缮过。维基百科的说法不同：寺始建于北宋嘉祐年间，原名法空寺，1989年列为广东省文物保护单位。[1][2]
