历史沿革[edit]
清康熙年间（1662年至1722年），邹氏人家从惠州一带迁来立村。1959年7月称上水田大队；1983年4月改乡，1986年称上水田村，属广利镇；1989年3月改管理区；1992年12月析出，归新设的凤凰镇，1998年10月起设上水田村委会。[2]
地理与经济[edit]
全村面积18.6平方公里，耕地446亩，有301户、1551人，辖12个村民小组。[1]1998年以来主要发展种养结合的农业，以沙糖桔为主，到2009年种植约5000亩，2008年产量250万市斤。2008年起省纪委驻村帮扶，新建了村委办公楼，官田、上水田2条村创建为省级卫生村；当年村集体收入4万元，农民人均收入5226元。[1]
