东成镇是广东省江门市恩平市东部的一个镇，东邻开平，南接横陂，西与恩城街道相接，北面与圣堂、君堂两镇交界，距恩平市区约13公里。[2]镇域面积112.35平方千米，下设15个村民委员会、2个居民委员会，自然村共149条。[1]深茂铁路、325国道和367省道从境内经过。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明清两代，这一带分属坊厢和水东都。[2]1960年设东成公社，1983年改为区，1987年撤销区的建制，改设为镇。[2]2006年，东安街道办事处撤销：东安圩镇居民委员会划入恩城街道，其余部分并入东成镇，所以镇内西部的顺槎、横槎、塘洲、东新、金坑、祝荷等村原先属东安。[2][4]

地理环境[edit]

较早的资料说，水路上沿锦江逆流可到恩平城区，顺流经圣堂、君堂两镇通到开平的潭江；陆路有367省道横贯镇境。[3]近年的概况则提到深茂铁路、325国道、367省道穿境而过。[1]

锦江流经镇境，在境内的河段约8公里长。[2]镇域面积有两种说法：恩平市人民政府网站2025年的概况写112.35平方千米，[1]博雅地名网和土流网转录的较早资料写50.4平方千米。[2][3]这里取政府网站的数字。镇内村庄多沿367省道和325国道分布，距离镇中心圩镇近的有横岗头村（约3公里）、石桥头村（约5公里），远的有金坑村（约13公里）。[4]

人口民族[edit]

恩平市人民政府网站2025年7月的概况给出：常住人口约5万人，其中户籍人口30199人。[1]较早的资料称这里是侨乡，侨眷占全镇人口过半，海外乡亲分布在20多个国家和地区。[3]以横岗头村为例，村内常住人口八百多人，旅居海外的乡亲和港澳同胞有4700多人。[5]

经济[edit]

东成镇历来以农业为主。较早的资料说，镇内种龙眼、香蕉、萝卜、甘蔗、蚕桑等经济作物，工业上有水泥、化工、医药、制衣和塑料制品等行业，另有一座年发电450万度的水电站。[3]各村近年的做法见于村委会介绍：牛皮塘村种红江橙，上绵湖村办有花木场和养猪场，石岗村种食用剑花和柑橘橙，鹿颈村、石路村、石桥头村、横岗头村种香大蕉。[4]

据恩平市人民政府网站，2024年全年的地区生产总值为33.04亿元，比上年增长8.8%。新龙、高铁两个片区合计6421亩土地正在开发，已落户的项目涉及大健康、食品和智能制造等领域。镇内的商业综合体有锦江国际新城、侨星国际，学校有冯如小学、恩平职教园和华南师范大学恩平附属学校，医疗机构有市妇幼保健院。[1]

文化[edit]

镇内的泉林户外体育小镇是国家4A级景区，镇政府把体育、航空、温泉、红色和华侨称为发展文旅的五种元素。[1]景区内的泉林飞行主题馆在2025年2月26日获授中国民航科普教育基地牌子。[7]

红色旧迹方面，牛皮塘农会1926年7月前后成立，会址在当时的均和乡（今东成镇）牛皮塘村迥龙里；它是恩平继长安农会之后成立的第二批农会之一，旧址在1983年6月，恩平县人民政府将其列为县级文物保护单位。[6]

华侨方面，横岗头村1981年由海外乡亲出资建成横岗头小学，2022年7月又在村党群服务中心开设村史馆。[5][8]

名胜古迹[edit]

  • 泉林黄金小镇（泉林户外体育小镇），国家4A级旅游景区。[1]
  • 牛皮塘农会旧址，县级文物保护单位，现址为上世纪八十年代拆毁重建。[6]
