塘浪村是开平市沙塘镇东北部的行政村，距镇政府1.5公里，分16个村民小组，1185户，共4446人，耕地3951亩，是镇内人口较多的村委会。[1]
地名由来[edit]
村建在塱田与池塘之间，「浪」是「塱」的口语读法，故名塘浪。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
清代在开平县平康都的范围内，到民国时期归第一区塘浪乡，1949年后为第十区塘浪乡，1955年归长沙塘区。1961年隶苍城公社，1963年属沙塘公社，称塘浪大队。[1]
1984年设塘浪乡；1992年起隶属沙塘镇，名塘浪管理区；1999年定为塘浪村民委员会。[1]
经济[edit]
集体收入以山地出租和瓦厂为主，2009年为26.8万元，农民人均年收入6168元；约四成劳动力外出务工。近年引进的良种猪场在村内设有分场。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
得元梁公祠在塘浪村委会辖下永胜村，始建于明正德年间（1506—1522年），属古建筑，2007年10月18日公布为江门市第三批文物保护单位。[1]
