辖区内十个自然村挨得很近、村村相连，故名唐联。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

清代归古博都，民国时期属第十区泮村乡，新中国成立后属八区唐联乡。1963年属水口公社，称唐联大队。1984年改称唐联乡人民政府，1989年称唐联管区，1993年起属开平市水口镇，1999年定名唐联村民委员会，沿用至今。[1]
