睦洲镇是广东省江门市新会区东部的镇，东隔西江与大鳌镇相望，南邻珠海市斗门区，西接古井镇和三江镇，北连江海区礼乐街道，总面积79.8平方千米。[1]镇政府设在睦洲社区，2021年10月时下辖1个社区、15个行政村。[1]地势北低南高，水道纵横，水产养殖是主要的农业产业。[2][3]
历史沿革[edit]
睦洲一带原为浅海，南宋宝庆年间（1225—1227年）淤积成陆，由十一个大小沙洲组成，传说各姓居民和睦相处，因而得名“睦洲”。[2]清代属沙村司寿宁乡潮居都。[1]1951年划入新会县第九区，1955年称睦洲区，1958年10月成立睦洲公社；1961年分出大鳌、上横、西安三个公社，1984年恢复为睦洲区，1986年11月撤区建镇。[1][2]1996年时全镇有19个管理区（行政村），包括腰股、新前、罗北、东南环、黄布一、黄布二和睦洲墟镇等，其后陆续合并调整。[4]新丰村于2020年6月由新沙村分设。[5]
地理环境[edit]
地形北低南高，最高点吉仔公山海拔170米。[2]睦洲河常年通航。[4]江珠高速公路、江珠公路（省道272线）和新中公路（县道533线）经过镇境。[2]
经济[edit]
全镇约5000人从事水产养殖，主要品种有南美白对虾、笋壳鱼、桂花鱼和泥鳅，养殖面积超过2000公顷，其中南美白对虾超过1333公顷；镇政府的报道称，水产养殖年总产值达12亿元。[3]睦洲工业园区有276家企业，约占全镇企业的八成，2023年园区规模以上企业64家，规模以上企业总产值超过百亿元。[6]2011年，镇地方财政一般预算收入5466万元，农业总产值4.3亿元。[1]
文化[edit]
石板沙是西江中的沙洲，保留疍家水乡风貌，所产黄沙蚬、黄鱼和河虾被当地称为“三宝”，石板沙疍家风情岛为国家3A级旅游景区。[3][7]2022年7月，以“沙田疍家文化”为主题，串联南安、东向、睦洲、南镇和石板沙5个村、全长15公里的乡村振兴示范带入选新会区的4条示范带。[3]
2018年9月，镇内开始建设吉仔公森林公园和石板沙湿地公园，2019年睦洲镇被认定为广东省森林小镇。[2]2021年起，镇里组建义警队伍，初期40人，2024年已有900多人，参与村、渡口和园区的巡查。[6]
