横水村是广东省江门市新会区崖门镇下辖的行政村，在崖门镇府以北3.5公里，地处崖门出海通道西侧。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村因坐落在横水坑附近得名。[1]黄、张、阮、陈等姓的先祖，在明正德年间（1506—1521）分别由会城、双水等地迁来立村。[1]清康熙县志记有横水村，道光县志记有横水圩。[1]1958年称横水管理区，1984年改乡，1986年称村委会。[1]
