历史沿革[edit]
村旁原有两块石头形似占卜用的珓杯，“珓杯”后简作“交贝”，村因此得名。[1]清康熙二十五年（1686年），这里已是出海渔民的避风处；乾隆年间，崖西黄冲的先祖来此立村。[1]1965年设交贝石大队，隶属崖南农场；1971年转隶崖南人民公社；1986年起称村委会。[1]
人口与经济[edit]
博雅地名网载，村有人口900人，种有阳山桔、年桔、沙糖桔、橙、柑共680多亩，是新会区柑桔基地示范点，并有种果、养猪、养鱼、养鸭的立体种养模式。[1]2023年的规划把交贝石村与崖南社区等一起列为对接滨海新区、发展文旅和休闲渔业的村。[2]
