名称由来[edit]
据地名资料，南汉国建都广州时，曾在镇龙圩东北的文头岭设官营陶窑，烧造贡瓷，地名由此得“官窑”。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
官窑在1983年称乡，1987年改称村委会，1989年称管理区，1995年再改村委会；2011年“村改居”设居民委员会；2013年驿园、七甫、官窑三个居委会合并为官窑居委会。[1]
经济与文化[edit]
社区分7个小组：新南、新北、新东、鱼布、街头，以及厚西、厚东。常住1294户、4368人，辖区有厂矿企业50多家，农业以葱蒜和养鱼为主。[2]官窑马蹄是当地特产，远销东南亚。[1]据百度百科，社区配合「南粤古驿·十里官窑」文化项目，重现了官窑生菜会的场景，这一民俗属省级非物质文化遗产。[3]
