乐安社区在佛山市南海区狮山镇，原属罗村街道，毗邻禅城区和桂城街道，辖区面积1.6平方公里。社区因乐安圩得名，每年农历正月初九举办乐安花灯会。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

此地2002年以前是罗村镇的乐安街道办事处。2002年南海区政府批准成立居委会；到2005年5月19日，区民政局又批准设立乐安社区。[1]

人口[edit]

社区户籍3042户、8698人，常住14286人，辖区内有一个大型市场、两所学校和三所幼儿园。[2]

文化[edit]

乐安古属南海县黄鼎司西隆堡。据百度百科，乐安花灯会起源于明末清初，其时佛山镇商业兴旺，乐安圩成了附近的集散地，春节期间街边挂满灯笼，圩也有了“灯地”之称。花灯会已有三百余年，于2007年列入广东省非物质文化遗产名录。[3]
