下柏社区是佛山市南海区狮山镇辖下的社区，原为罗村街道的下柏村，2011年改设居民委员会，2013年随罗村并入狮山镇。辖区面积3.8平方公里，分10个村民小组。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
社区的位置在松柏岗之下，起初称下松柏，后来省称下柏。[1]在明清两代，它隶属南海县黄鼎司的兴贤堡，乡名松柏乡。民国16年（1927年）划入五区，名称不变；1953年改归十一区。1978年至2002年称下柏村委会，由罗村镇管辖。2011年“村改居”，村民委员会改为居民委员会；2013年南海区调整区划后，下柏归狮山镇。[1]
经济[edit]
社区户籍人口2016人。[2]据百度百科，村里于1992年成立下柏土地股份有限公司，集体土地由公司统一规划使用；工业以陶瓷、五金、电器、针织为主，另有较多外来务工者。[3]
社区曾获“广东省卫生村”“南海区民主法治示范村”等称号。[2]
