兴贤社区是佛山市南海区狮山镇辖下的社区，原为大沥镇兴贤村，位于大沥西部丘陵地带，2011年设居民委员会。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

兴贤在民国时期属大圃堡，1963年随大圃公社并入大沥公社，成为兴贤大队。1983年改设乡政府；1987年起为村民委员会，1989年一度称管理区，1997年又复为村民委员会。2011年“村改居”，改为居民委员会。[1]

概况[edit]

村情介绍（经博雅地名网转录）称，兴贤全村7.39平方公里，5320人，包含15个自然村和21个村民小组，有党员124人；舞龙、醒狮、武术、粤剧、书法等传统活动仍然流行。兴贤小学于1999年底评为佛山市一级学校，兴贤幼儿园于2008年初评为佛山市一级幼儿园。[2]
