鼓美村是广东省汕头市潮阳区金灶镇辖下的行政村，位于金灶镇北部、榕江南岸。据博雅地名网转载的村情简介，全村1198户、5736人（简介未注明统计年份）。2003年金玉、灶浦两镇合并前，它属金玉镇。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名由来：由寨内、阳美、石鼓、何厝四村合并而成，取石鼓的“鼓”和阳美的“美”为名。[1]

阳美、寨内两村建于宋政和年间（1111年至1117年）；何厝村由何氏先人从福建莆田迁来，建于明正统三年（1438年）；石鼓村由黄氏先人建于明嘉靖年间（1521年至1566年）。[1]

1958年四村合并，称鼓美农业生产大队；1984年改乡，1986年设村委会。[1][2]

经济[edit]

据村情简介，全村耕地1645亩，辖4个自然村。当地主要出产香蕉。近年的荣誉和入选情况：2023年5月获评2022年广东省卫生村。[1]
