旗头村是广东省汕头市潮阳区金灶镇辖下的行政村，位于榕江边，与揭阳经济试验区隔江相对。据博雅地名网转载的村情简介，全村321户、1572人（简介未注明统计年份）。2003年金玉、灶浦两镇合并前，它属灶浦镇。^[1]

村名由来：位于榕江分汊之处，本叫岐头村，潮汕话中“岐”与“旗”同音，遂成今名。^[1]

明洪武年间（1368年至1398年），周姓先人从福建汀州迁来建村。^[1]

1958年先属光锋公社，随后归金玉公社，1968年划归灶浦公社；1984年改乡，1986年设村委会。^[1]

据村情简介，全村耕地420亩，辖1个自然村。当地主要出产香蕉。近年的荣誉和入选情况：2022年8月被确定为「2022年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」的创建单位；2022年1月由省乡村振兴局确定为2021年度广东省乡村治理示范村的创建单位。^[1]
