华岗村是广东省汕头市潮阳区金灶镇辖下的行政村，位于榕江南岸，距镇中心向北约6公里。据博雅地名网转载的村情简介，全村518户、2263人（简介未注明统计年份）。2003年金玉、灶浦两镇合并前，它属灶浦镇。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村名由来：所在是一片低洼的土坡，南宋末称厦岗，人们叫作下岗，因“下岗”含贬义而改雅称华岗。[1]
南宋祥兴年间（1278年至1279年）建村。[1]
解放初期隶属田东区，1958年设华岗农业生产大队，归灶浦公社；1984年改乡，1986年设村委会。[1]
经济[edit]
据村情简介，全村耕地874亩，辖1个自然村。当地主要出产香蕉。近年的荣誉和入选情况：2023年5月获评2022年广东省卫生村。[1]
