新陈村是广东省汕头市潮阳区金灶镇辖下的行政村。2003年金玉、灶浦两镇合并前，它属金玉镇。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名由来：村边原有一座庵堂，村民起初叫它神陈，后来为求文雅，把“神”字换成了“新”。[1]

清康熙五十九年（1720年），先人迁到此处建村。[1]

新中国成立初期归竹桥村管辖，1984年单独设乡，1986年设村委会。[1]

近年的荣誉和入选情况：2023年5月获评2022年广东省卫生村。[1]
