玉一村是汕头市潮阳区关埠镇的行政村，在镇东面、榕江南岸，石井岩就在村内的石井山上。[1][2]

名称与历史[edit]

村中原有一口花岗岩砌的古井，故旧名石井村；明嘉靖年间（1522年至1566年）先人到此建村，后来石井分成玉一、玉二两个聚落，这里便是玉一村。[1]1958年公社化时为玉一大队，1984年改设玉一乡，1999年起称村民委员会。[1]

村情[edit]

据村简介，全村总面积8.02平方千米，约15000人、2800户，耕地3444.5亩、山地1216亩、滩涂240亩，有三千多人在外从事建筑业。村里列有的荣誉包括：广东省「卫生村」（2003年）、「生态示范村」（2005年）、「民主法治示范村」（2008年），以及汕头市「科普示范村」（2010年）。[2]

石井岩[edit]

石井岩在石井山上，山高197米，有天然石室，面向榕江，向来被列为“潮州八景”之一。相传唐贞元六年（790年）高僧大颠在这里修行，此处称梅峰洞；到宋政和元年（1111年），有僧人靠着石室盖起三峰寺。[2][3]明崇祯年间进士成庵在此出家，扩建寺舍，称梅峰寺，其圆寂后的舍利塔高约3米，民间称“进士塔”。[2][3]民间有“双溪嘴沉船，石井岩出米”的传说。[3]寺院在“文革”期间被毁，后由光德大师主持重建，耗资一千多万元。[2]
