集德村是汕头市潮阳区关埠镇的行政村，在榕江南岸，处于半山半平原地带，原是赤水村的一部分。^[1]

名称与历史[edit]

明洪武年间（1368年至1398年）先人到此建村，起名赤水村，后分出集德、新红两个聚落，这里便是集德村；村名寓意汇集道德。^[1]1958年公社化时为集德大队，1986年改村委会，1988年改管理区，1999年再定名村民委员会。^[1]

据村简介，全村426户、2424人，种稻面积320亩，山地435亩，有电泵站2个，设有老人理事会和活动场所。简介未注明年份。入选2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位（2019年9月公布名单）。^[1]
