树下村是汕头市潮阳区关埠镇的行政村，在榕江南岸，古称樹厦村，因村内古榕繁茂而得名。^[1]

名称与历史[edit]

明正统年间（1435年至1449年）先人到此建村，起名树下村。^[1]1958年三联、大东湖与树下三处合并为树下大队，隶关埠公社；1984年改设树下乡，1986年改村委会，1988年改管理区，1999年再定名村民委员会。^[1]

据村简介，全村八千多人，耕地2099亩，山地1600亩，以种植业为主。简介未注明年份。入选2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位（2019年9月公布名单）。^[1]
