关埠社区是汕头市潮阳区关埠镇的社区，处在镇中心区，因地处旧日的关前埠而得名。[1]

名称与历史[edit]

据博雅地名网，这里在明代直浦都的门辟村前设过关，墟市就办在关前，当地人称它关前埠，后来简称关埠，镇名也由此而来。[1]嘉靖十一年（1532年）之前，这里已是附近村民赶集的墟埠；1999年设立居民委员会，此后一直沿用。[1]
