莲溪社区是珠海市斗门区莲洲镇下辖的社区，属镇乡结合区。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

社区的前身是一处圩镇，1990年3月设莲溪居委会，2002年3月改为莲溪社区居委会，沿用至今。[1]

据博雅地名网，“莲溪”一名与原莲溪镇的名称相承，而该名又出自周边水网：此地介于螺洲溪与荷麻溪之间。[1]莲溪镇在2003年8月与上横镇合并为莲洲镇。[2]
