黄塘镇位于惠安县西部，处在洛阳江上游一带。东面与螺阳镇相接，南面与洛阳镇交界，西面毗邻泉州市洛江区，北面与紫山镇接壤。[1][2]

镇政府驻黄塘村，惠崇二级公路与福厦高速公路穿镇而过。[1][2] 镇域内列入文物名录的，以墓葬为多，其中施琅墓、施世纶墓与后郭村的岩峰寺石造像较为重要。[4][5][6]

历史沿革[edit]

宋代，今黄塘一带分属同信里、礼兴里和民安里，元代改属信文乡。1958年设立东红公社，1961年更名黄塘公社；1984年改设黄塘乡，1992年由乡改镇。紫山镇于1999年从本镇分出，另行设镇。[1][2][3]

1949年冬起，部分村落先后归第六区洛阳乡、第七区与第九区黄塘乡管辖，其后随乡村体制调整而改隶。[20]

镇名的由来有一种说法：村庄东南旧时有一口大塘，塘水浑黄，于是得名「黄塘」。[2]

地理环境[edit]

两家资料对全镇面积的记载不一。百度百科载为69.8平方千米，博雅地名网则载约154平方千米，二者均未注明统计年份，两说并存。[1][2]

镇境属中南亚热带海洋性季风气候。[1] 黄塘溪穿越多个村庄，村民称之为黄塘母亲河。[16]

人口民族[edit]

2019年末登记在册的户籍人口为44799人。[1]

经济[edit]

农业以水稻为主，此外种植花生、小麦、大豆和水果，所产龙眼。工业方面，米粉加工、制鞋、石板材加工与建筑业较为突出。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

全镇列为省级文物保护单位的有施琅墓、施世纶墓、后店总兵墓与岩峰寺石造像，列为县级的有三赵祠堂、八叶衍祥坊与庄钦邻墓。[5][6][12][4]

施琅墓位于虎窟村的坡地上，是清代福建水师提督施琅与两位夫人的合葬墓，墓坐北朝南，占地6.85万平方米，为省级文物保护单位。墓前石雕有石翁仲、石马、石虎、石羊、石狮等。[1][4][7][8]

施世纶墓在接待村许田自然村一带，是清代官员施世纶的墓葬。施世纶为施琅次子。墓区总面积2515平方米，墓前平台排列石将军、石马、石虎、石羊，墓建于清康熙六十一年（1722年），2005年公布为第六批福建省文物保护单位。[2][9][10][13]

岩峰寺位于后郭村北约1公里的白岩山上，寺分前后两殿，各以一块巨岩朝南一面开龛刻像。寺始建时间史书无载，县级文件推定石刻应雕于宋代，寺曾于明崇祯元年（1628年）与清光绪二十八年（1902年）两次重修。现列入福建省第十一批省级文物保护单位（闽政文〔2025〕293号），保护范围为四周各外扩30米。[5][6][11]

三赵祠堂在后西村过宅自然村村南，始建于明洪武八年（1375年），现存建筑为清光绪二十八年（1902年）重修，为县级文物保护单位。[5][18]

后店总兵墓在后店村，墓主洪范，清代累官至福建海坛镇总兵，墓占地1012平方米，2013年列入福建省第八批省级文物保护单位。[12][19]

八叶衍祥坊在松溪村东湖自然村，建于清嘉庆十七年（1812年），为官府旌表百岁老人王梦善而立，花岗岩石构，为县级文物保护单位。[5][14]

庄钦邻墓位于虎窟村西北约500米的鹤顶山。墓主庄钦邻为明万历年间进士，官至吏部尚书，墓为县级文物保护单位。[5]

郑一信墓在下茂村，墓主郑一信生于1528年、卒于1590年，墓为明代墓葬。[17]

境内古遗址多属商周时期，如尾园村的后壁山遗址、斗山遗址，松溪村的山连坡遗址与鸡母石山遗址。[15][14]

文化[edit]

环境保护部于2012年12月授予本镇「2010—2011年度国家级生态乡镇」称号。福建省爱卫办于2020年12月将本镇评定为「福建省卫生乡镇」。[2]

2020年9月、2021年10月与2022年10月，黄塘镇三次列入阿里研究院发布的「淘宝镇」名单。2021年2月，黄塘镇列入「福建省2018—2020年度省级文明村镇社区」名单。2022年10月，福建省农业农村厅将本镇认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[2]
