历史沿革[edit]

民国时这里是透上保。1951年成立透上乡，隶属闽侯县第二区；1953年并入衙前乡，1958年划成十二个生产队，属衙前大队。1984年才称红光村，1995年11月归马尾区琅岐镇。[1]
