白石村是大田镇西北部的行政村，下辖19条自然村，因村境内的山石多呈白色而得名。^[1] 2004年7月，原白石村委会与联平村委会合并，仍称白石村。^[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年至1957年，这里称白石乡；1958年改为生产大队，其后再称乡（1984年）、村委会（1986年）、管理区（1989年）；1998年10月经恩平市人民政府批准定名白石村民委员会，2004年7月并入联平村委会后名称不变。^[1]

据村委会概况（以2009年前后数据为主），全村1150户、3610人，耕地2630亩（水田2100亩、旱地530亩）；村民种的主要是水稻，也种香蕉和柑橘类作物；集体收入主要来自铺位、竹园和土地发包，2009年底集体经济纯收入62100元。^[1]

2019年9月，白石村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。^[1]
