东片村是广东省梅州市平远县大柘镇辖下的行政村，位于大柘镇的坝头片。据博雅地名网所载（未注明年份），村内分8个村民小组，登记484户、2066人，土地总面积7.35平方千米，耕地1141亩。[1]

村名由来：东石河自北向南流到坝头，汇入柚树河，再入韩江；以河的坝头一段为界，河东称程东，后来口语里变成了东片。[1]
建制沿革，由近及远：1999年4月起称东片村民委员会至今；1989年称管理区；1987年称东片村民委员会；1983年为乡；1958年为大队；1949年称东片乡。[1]

主要经济作物有金柚、大蒜和花生；扶贫挂钩单位的扶持资金投给企业分红。[1]
荣誉：2019年9月进入「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」名单。[1]
著名人物[edit]
博雅地名网把程旼故居列在东片村下。[1]程旼（约419年—518年）是南北朝时人，祖籍河南，南迁后定居坝头，被尊为客家先贤，相传梅州旧县名程乡与他有关。[2]
