清河村是广东省梅州市平远县大柘镇辖下的行政村，位于大柘镇县城一带。据博雅地名网所载（未注明年份），村内分10个村民小组，登记436户、1836人，土地总面积0.5平方千米，耕地295.7亩。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村名由来：清河原属旧时的清河社，后来社改为村，名称保留下来。[1]
建制沿革，由近及远：1999年4月起称村民委员会至今；1989年改称清河管理区；1987年称清河村民委员会；1974年，从大柘公社岭下大队划出清河、兴隆两片并结兰墩，又从墩背大队划出上下介臣和下田心，合组为西郊大队；1949年称清河乡。[1]

村里有门店出租的收入。[1]
荣誉：广东省爱国卫生运动委员会在2017年10月把它列入「第一批广东省卫生村」。[1]
著名人物[edit]
姚璋（1752年—1824年），号片石、达斋，清河村人，乾隆五十九年（1794年）中举，次年中进士，历任端溪、肇庆府教谕和广州府教授，最后官至国子监监丞；晚年倡修平远县学宫。[2]
