地名与沿革[edit]
村中许多小溪自山洞流出，故称流洞。[2] 新中国成立之初称流洞乡，1958年公社化时设流洞大队，1983年政社分设，改为乡政府，1989年起称流洞管理区，1999年再改设流洞村民委员会。[3]
概况与荣誉[edit]
村分18个村民小组，在册462户、2620人，总面积12平方千米，耕地1892亩，种水稻，上一年农村经济总收入1493万元。[1] 2019年12月列入国家林业和草原局公布的第二批国家森林乡村名单，2023年2月获2022年度五华县文明村镇称号，2026年1月获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1]
