历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网，村民主要从事渔业，因而得名。[1]
渔民1953年组织鱼协会，1959年编为渔业大队；1984年连同居民大队并到平海镇，1987年称河下渔业村民委员会；1993年2月获准设渔业管理区，1998年起为村民委员会。[1]
文化[edit]
2019年9月，渔业村被列为「2018年广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位」。[1]
