历史沿革[edit]
据博雅地名网，此地原名顺寮围，意思是顺着小溪搭寮居住；茅寮后来失火烧毁，重建时因海湾半岛形似八卦，而此处在八卦的巽位，就以“巽”代替“顺”，得名巽寮。[1]
社区居民委员会设于2020年1月14日，由巽寮村民委员会分出，依据惠东府函〔2020〕30号。[1]
